Tim Johnson, a Dighton native, grew up immersed in the family business, learning the trade from his father Lin. Though the original family propane company was sold in the mid-1980s, Lin couldn’t stay away from the industry, launching a company to build top-tier delivery vehicles. Inspired by his father’s dedication, Tim decided to pave his own path in 1990 by founding Propane Plus in Rehoboth, Massachusetts.
From Day One, Tim set out to create a propane company that combined small-town values with industry-leading service. Thirty years later, Propane Plus continues to uphold these principles, serving thousands of residences and businesses across New England.
